Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our

slavery and human trafficking statement. While Technical Resource Solutions Limited does not fall

into the turnover threshold for the Modern Slavery Act we are focused on making sure that Modern

Slavery and Human trafficking are not in our supply chain or in any aspect of our business.

Company Structure

Technical Resource Solutions Limited provides recruitment services to clients and candidates placing

applicants into positions across the FMCG, Design, Project, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.

Technical Resource Solutions Limited is based in London with 2 Directors and 0 employees.

Supply Chains

​

Technical Resource Solutions Limited’s supply chain consists of providing candidates to our clients.

We work alongside suppliers with high moral and ethical standards. Should we recognize that a

supplier is non-compliant with the act or unsatisfactory we will review our relationship with the

supplier to ensure that we are always acting within compliance with the act. An investigation will be

made into any allegations of Modern Slavery or Human Trafficking whether it be in our own company

or in our suppliers.

What Are We Doing Now?

​

Currently, we are a company of 2 Directors and 0 Employees and therefore do not require a

whistleblowing policy, all the same, both directors are regularly reviewing what training/policies

could be introduced in line with business growth> We review our statement annually and discussion

is had between both of the directors to suggest how we can eliminate risks and ensure the work

carried out stays compliant with the act.
